Data provided through the contact form: first and last name; e-mail address; phone number; the content of the message sent (which may include details about your company and the services requested).

Communication data: when you communicate with us by phone or e-mail, we may process your contact details and the content of the communication, to the extent necessary to handle your request.

Technical data and cookies: IP address; browser type and version; operating system; pages visited; date and time of access — collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6 below).

a) Handling requests for information/quotes — legal basis: steps taken at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a service contract.

b) Providing audit and accounting services — legal basis: performance of the contract between the client and ASTERI AUDIT EXPERT.

c) Compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting records, archiving of financial documents) — legal basis: legal obligation.

d) Statistical analysis (Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager) — legal basis: consent expressed through the cookie banner.

The data subject may object at any time to the processing of their data for direct marketing purposes, where applicable.

Your data may be accessible to: ASTERI AUDIT EXPERT staff involved in handling the request/providing the services; IT/hosting and website maintenance providers; analytics tool providers (Google), only where you have given consent for statistics cookies; public authorities, where there is a legal obligation.
